An item may be returned for exchange or store credit as long as it is within 14 days of the date your package was delivered to you. The item must be in the original unused condition with tags still attached as originally shipped to the customer.
Items that show any sign of wear, have a perfume smell, traces of animal hair, or are marked by makeup are not valid to return and no refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued. Swimwear must have the protective liner in place, and not tampered with. Shoes must have the original shoebox intact and unaltered. The shoebox cannot be used for packaging back. Tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued.
Please include the name you used when you placed the order. Returns take up to 3-7 business days to be delivered via email in the form of a gift card code to be used for product in the shop. Please note: the original shipping fees and all return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in-store credits. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect and try on your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. This allows us time to report to the vendor. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return period does not apply.
Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org including the tag in the image showing it is still attached. Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
